About Eveta
Eveta™ is an intelligent atelier system for bespoke designers and their clients. It supports the journey from client inquiry through proposal, order management, measurements, fittings, milestones, communications, and final delivery.
Eveta is operated by Spruce Consults LLC located at 4030 Wake forest Road, Ste 349, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27609, USA. In this policy, “Eveta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operating entity named above.
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information during the private pilot and early product-testing stage.

Eveta is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our Role
Eveta may act as the organisation responsible for account administration, security, product improvement, support, and pilot communications. When a designer uses Eveta to manage their own client information, the designer is generally responsible for deciding why that client information is collected and used, while Eveta processes it to provide the platform.
Designers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to enter, upload, or use client information within Eveta.

AI-Assisted Features
Eveta may use AI-assisted technology for inquiry summaries, order summaries, fitting summaries, search, drafting, reminders, workflow organisation, and suggested next steps.
AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Designers must review all AI-generated content, validate measurements and fitting notes, and make their own professional decisions about design, pricing, construction, fit, and delivery.
Private designer or client content will not be used to train publicly available AI models unless Eveta clearly discloses the practice and obtains any consent required by law.
WhatsApp and Messaging
Where a user provides a phone number and opts in, Eveta or the relevant designer may send service-related WhatsApp messages, including inquiry updates, proposal notices, fitting reminders, payment-status reminders, milestone updates, delivery information, and support messages.
Users may withdraw WhatsApp consent by replying STOP, changing communication preferences where available, or contacting support@spruceconsult.com. Marketing messages, if introduced later, will require a separate optional consent.
WhatsApp messages may be processed through Meta, WhatsApp, and approved messaging or automation providers. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Service Providers
Eveta uses selected third-party providers to operate and improve the MVP. These may support cloud hosting, database storage, authentication, messaging, workflow automation, analytics, AI-assisted features, file storage, and technical support.
These providers may process personal information only where necessary to provide their services to Eveta. A current list of key providers is available on request by contacting support@spruceconsult.com.
How We Share Information
With the relevant designer, client, or authorised atelier team member
With service providers supporting the platform
With professional advisers where necessary
With regulators, law enforcement, or courts where legally required
With a successor if Eveta is reorganised, financed, acquired, or sold
Eveta does not sell personal information for money.
International Processing
Eveta and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Where required, Eveta will use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for international transfers.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the pilot, support users, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Indicative periods for the MVP are:
Active account information: while the account remains active and for up to 24 months after account closure.
Order and transaction records: for up to 7 years after completion where needed for accounting, tax, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Fitting and measurement profiles: while the account or client relationship remains active and for up to 24 months after the last completed order, unless deleted earlier or needed for an active dispute.
Support records: for up to 3 years after the support request is closed.
Security and access logs: for up to 12 months, unless needed longer to investigate an incident.
Deleted-account backups: deleted, overwritten, or anonymised within 90 days, subject to backup cycles, technical limits, and legal requirements.
WhatsApp and consent records: while communications remain active and for up to 3 years after withdrawal where needed to demonstrate consent or preserve opt-out preferences.
Security
Eveta uses reasonable safeguards designed for an early-stage product, including access controls, authentication protections, role-based permissions, encryption in transit, database security controls, logging, backups, and incident-response procedures. No system is completely secure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of their personal information and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Requests may be sent to support@spruceconsult.com. Eveta may need to verify identity before responding.
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion by emailing support@spruceconsult.com.
Please include the name, account email or phone number, whether the requester is a designer or client, and the information to be deleted. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Eveta may use essential cookies for authentication, security, and preferences. Limited analytics may be used to understand product performance and improve the pilot. If non-essential advertising or marketing cookies are introduced later, Eveta will update this policy and request consent where required.
Changes to This Policy
Eveta may update this policy as the MVP changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date and communicated where appropriate.
